401-Unauthorized For All Customers

Since morning I have got 401-Unauthorized when traying to send B2C invoices.
Please help if there any update.

On Sandbox(TEST ENV), We’ve been seeing this error since 11 November and still haven’t been able to fix it despite our efforts. Have you managed to resolve it?

So far, I haven’t encountered any issues with the sandbox portal.
At the moment, I’ve only been able to test within the sandbox environment since I don’t have an account to try other environments such as simulation or production.
Up to now, the Sandbox API services have been working quite well.



You may want to double‑check your code, and also make sure you’re clear on when CCSID should be used versus PCSID in the authorization process.

Additionally, ensure that you’re using the default VAT number during your testing.
