# Update Generated CSID

Hello ,

I am generate CSID for the first time ,  
then need to update the data for my company and request new CSID,

what will happen for first one ?,  
and shall i need to reset ICV and PIH ?

Thank you for reaching out.

Can you please elaborate more? are going to update the data in the CSR file? if yes then you need to go through the revoke process first as demonstrated below, and then you can generate a new CSID.
