# onboarding steps for non-production and simulation

Greetings,  
I did the onboarding successfully in the non-production environment, and I sent the sample documents and I received the successful messages for the sample documents.  
Now, I am at the simulation part but I have some questions:

- Do I need to do a different CSR for simulation that is different from that in non-production?
- should I obtain a different OTP for the simulation?
- should I obtain a different CSID for simulation that is different from that I obtained for non-production?.

And last question , can the same machine be used to send simulation requests for 2 different companies having 2 different VAT?
