# Missed Invoice Submission to ZATCA for Specific Wave

One of my clients missed the ZATCA e-invoicing wave. Their wave started on **March 1** , but unfortunately, they forgot to submit the invoices.

**Questions:**

1. Is there any option to still submit these invoices to ZATCA after the deadline?
2. If yes, what **invoice date** should be used — the original (actual transaction date) or the current date?

As per my understanding you need to send it with Original Transaction Date.

With one Failure Notification to Zatca on Fatoora Portal to let them know about the issue.
