We passed all compliance steps however in the step of PCSID, we got internal server error. Could you please help fixing it. {““code””:““Invalid-Request””,““message””:““System failed to process your request””} ---

pleas try generate the CSR from the beginning for the simulation using the SDK, this command: **Fatoora -sim -csr -csrConfig _[propertiesfilename. properties]_** and the properties file that comes with it in data/input directory ---

I followed the suggested steps, however still getting 500-Internal Server Error. compliance\_request\_id": “1692538015604” ---

please make sure the config file doesn’t contain special characters, and try as much as possible to avoid arabic letters and spaces ---

Unfortunately still receiving the same error, I have removed all Arabic characters, spaces, hyphen, and commas in CSR Config. “compliance\_request\_id”: “1692542797923” ---

no, not all of them you still need these 2 lines to be like this for example ![DFG](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/zatca1/original/1X/9c0676d082a4c6ebedfa26d7a5126bd48f6fe81a.png) NB: if you didn’t get any messages from ZATCA, it means that it could be something from your system or something, please make sure to try the APIs using an external tool like postman and not from your system to differentiate if the error is from our side or maybe from the integration of your system’s code. Thanks for your patience, I have used same values like suggested above, also I am trying from postman, still receiving the same error 500-Internal Server Error { “code”: “Invalid-Request”, “message”: “System failed to process your request” } ---
