# I want the terms for xml and QR code

I want the necessary requirements for the invoice format in xml and QR code in order to create my own point of sale program. Do I need to have my own digital certificate from the authority or must I obtain special accreditation from the authority to start my work? I want to know what a digital signature is. Please help and respond to me with the requirements. With a clear example please so I can start working, thanks
