Hello,

kindly your advise, as we recently changed to new URLs and now unable to close checks and facing the below message

As I notice in the provided photo, the new URLS are not reflected in your system. for your additional reference kindly refer to this annoucement. Hi @AbulkarimAhmed ,

I guess in your URLs you have typo in the 4th one. In other words the beginning of all urls is the same `https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/` then it is either `core` (production) or `simulation` (simulation) and then the endpoint.

From the screenshot you have attached, it is obvious that your system is using OLD name `gw-apic-gov.gazt.gov.sa`. Therefore I am suggestion you to double check the setup and make sure that your system is using new DNS names.

Thanks for the clarification. Issue solved it was incorrect urls been used.
