# Hitting Rate limit on ZATCA APIs

Hey ZATCA team,

Please help us understand the cause for this issue, we are being rate limited from ZATCA’s end and this is blocking us from clearing the Pending invoices. These are B2C invoices and we need to adhere to the 24 hour SLA to avoid non-compliance. Please find the screenshot

Please note - previously our rate limit was higher as per our API calls data
