Dear ZATCA support team @Aturkistani @Ankit.K.Tiwari: we are facing the same issue, where when we submit the invoice the first time we got: “INVOICE\_UUID\_VALIDATION|UUID ERROR” or “Unable to execute Business Rules validation” and then when we try again it’s passed without any change from our side on the invoice. ---

Hi Everyone, we have observed the same error YESTERDAY. After few hrs we have not experienced this error. Due to this around 10+ transaction got struck in REJECTED Status. we have to reporcess those from our end. we are monitoring the same. thanks! ---

This is the third time this has appeared with same behavior, our document gets rejected with UUID Error and we try to submit it without any change, it goes fine in the second attempt. Dear @Ankit.K.Tiwari @Aturkistani @Afrah Waiting for your kind update. We have this issue in all of our sister companies. Its our inhouse integration from BRITON system.
