# Getting error on production simulation

Dear Zatca,

I am getting error “You are not authorized to use this API endpoint” when i am reporting to simulation production.Is it necessary to first complete all compliance then move to simulation production? or error is something else?

Dear @danishali ,

please note that you need to send the CCSID and secret returned from first API.  
with the request to Production CSID API in authorization tab.

after you get the PCSID and its secret you should use them instead as credentials in authorization tab with both APIs (reporting, clearance).
