It begins to work but very slow while posting , 1 invoice per minute ---

And even at the end no update from ZATCA team. This is not professional, as other people, customers are impacted and there are promises and SLA involved of the business. The downtimes and outages should be cooperated with the customers… ---

We are also facing an **Invalid Authentication Certificate** error while reporting invoices in the **Simulation environment**. The response we are receiving is: ```auto { "type": "ERROR", "code": "Authentication-Errors", "category": "Invalid-Authentication-Certificate", "status": "ERROR" } ``` The invoice is therefore not being cleared, and the response shows `clearanceStatus: NOT_CLEARED`. Could you please check and advise us on the required action to resolve this issue? @idaoud @Ankit.K.Tiwari Thank you. ---

Hello @Shzzamx and @itujar_it, I am not the authoritative person to answer. But it seems to me that this is happening when the certificate of your EGS (device) expires. You should either renew the device, or you have to onboard the new device instead and use it. This is not 100% correct/validated information, but these are my feelings and this is how we are handling it. Also the same error will appear, if the customer will `revoke` the device from ZATCA portal manually. – Sergei ---

Currently we are facing 400 error in clearence api for some clients, do any one facing the same issue , its from 8 th October onwards ---
