Dear ZATCA Support Team,

After the scheduled maintenance update on 12-06-2026, we started experiencing issues when submitting invoices through the integration APIs.

Error Details:

  • HTTP Status Code: 502 Bad Gateway

  • Response Code: 520

  • Response Message:

  • Exception Message:

    'e' is an invalid start of a value. Path: $ | LineNumber: 0 | BytePositionInLine: 0.

The issue started immediately after the maintenance window announced for 12-06-2026. Our integration was functioning correctly before the update.
