# Email - Awarness of Controls, Technical Requirements and procedural rule for E-invoicing

Recieved Email having invoices has an issue with does not conform the requirements of the Second phase of Electronic invoicing connectivity and Integration:

\*Not linking all commercial records with the Fawtra platforms or entering the ID field of the commercial Register.

\*Do not add the correct address in invoices.

What is the issue?

Using zatca E-invoicing Solution from April to till. We are passing data as per guidelines with XML Format.

Kindly provide the solutions ASAP
