Hello, We have been experiencing delays in responses received from Fatoora Production Portal. Several of our dealers using our software have complained about e-invoice response generation takes more than 3000ms and we have observed responses receipt for few transactions are taking more than 60000 ms. Request your help and guidance on the same. ---

We are experiencing something similar. It usually happens at peak hours starting at around 15:00-16:00 up to 00:00-01:00. We’ve confirmed that the delay is at the point of the outgoing request. Delay times vary from very short to up to 2 mins ---

Thank you. We have applied the same logic and calculated the time of sending to receiving only. It is 60000ms only for few of the said transactions
