# CSR Error- Signing

Dear Team,

We are currently facing a critical issue.

During the submission period, our CSR- certificate are being unexpectedly rejected, which has currently stopped our process.

Could you please investigate the cause of these rejections immediately and advise on a solution? Any insight into potential process changes or the root cause would be greatly appreciated.
